About

  • ethos

*humans are dynamic beings that are usually not “one thing,” but instead are a summation of many “parts.”

*an individual is capable, lovable, and belongs—just as they are

*our behaviors are often rooted in self-protection and can be addressed with compassion instead of shame.

*creativity can provide a new language with which to articulate intricate thoughts, hard feelings, and life experiences.

*our contexts and identities deserve to be honored and considered in the therapy room.
