Nourish & Create
Embark on a Journey of Self-Compassion with “Nourish & Create.” This 5-week group is designed for those navigating complex relationships with food and body image. Departing from conventional behavior-based approaches, the group prioritizes fostering self-connection and compassion.
Centered around art therapy, each session offers specific prompts exploring themes such as food, deconstructing diet culture, embodiment, and identity formation. All necessary supplies are provided.
Join us weekly from July 10th to August 7th, 6-8pm, in a small, intimate setting limited to 6 participants. Regular attendance is encouraged for continuity and mutual support. Open to women-identifying individuals aged 18 and above.
Investment options include $80 per week or a discounted rate of $375 for all five weeks when paid upfront. One sliding scale spot will be available. Additionally, optional refreshments will be available weekly, so please inform me of any dietary restrictions beforehand.

Join "Connect to Play": an intimate art processing group rooted in Internal Family Systems therapy, aimed at fostering connection with your inner child for healing and creative expression. In this space, you'll find permission, materials, and gentle guidance to unleash your inner child in a supportive environment.
This 5-week journey meets weekly on Tuesdays from July 9th to August 6th, 6-8 pm. It offers an immersive artistic experience across various mediums. Limited to just 6 participants, the small group setting encourages openness and vulnerability.
Located at my office (801 N Weber St, suite #302, Co. Springs, CO). All materials are provided for your convenience. The cost is $75 per week or $350 for all five weeks when paid upfront.* I will offer one sliding scale spot for accessibility. Commitment to attending most sessions is requested to foster relational continuity. Ages 18+, all genders.
