This is a place to vent, to process, and to collaborate. Compassion and connection is integral to the therapy process. I offer a relational, informal approach. You're allowed to show up however you need to in this space.
Creative Interventions
This may look like painting together, an embodiment exercise, writing poems in session, collaging, or integrating music. Therapy comes in all forms and multiple modes of expression may be helpful. These types of sessions are adaptable and challenge the rigid systems that are often present in the mental health field.
A Note
Typically, a therapy session lasts 50-60 minutes. That said, 90-minute, 45-minute, and 30-minute sessions may be offered upon request. Telehealth available for Colorado residents.
