Frequently asked questions:

  • How long is a therapy session?

A traditional therapy session is generally 50-60 minutes long. I also offer 90-minute sessions upon request.

  • How much do your sessions cost?

A 60-minute session is $105. If this rate is not accessible to you, I have 25% of my caseload dedicated to sliding-scale pricing. If those spots are full, you can be placed on a waitlist or we can discuss other frequency, payment, or treatment options.

  • I am not an artist, can I still do creative therapy?

Yes! Therapeutic art doesn’t require any skill or past art experience. The process of making the art is typically more effective therapeutically than the end result.

  • What is the parking like near your office?

There are a few time-limited spaces off of Dale (to the side of the building). Most of the time, I recommend parking on Wasatch as there are usually free parking spots there. Parking off of Weber is discouraged as it is permit-only.

  • What if we aren’t a good fit?

Every therapist is not a good fit for every client. That said, I embrace transparency and would love to discuss ways for me to support you as you move to a new clinician.

  • Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance at this time. I am more than happy to provide superbills monthly for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, I can see anyone within the state of Colorado via a HIPAA-compliant software.
